Overview of the Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) Review
The existing Municipal District of Rocky View/City of Calgary Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) was adopted in 1998. The IDP includes policy requiring periodic review of the plan. The fundamental purpose of the Rocky View/City of Calgary IDP is to identify areas of mutual interest as well as establish policy direction and processes for intermunicipal collaboration.
